Vic’s Liquor always had a good reputation with neighborhood locals who enjoyed being treated like good friends and one of the family. Besides inventory staples though, Vic’s also featured a cigar humidor and one of the best Scotch and whisky collections around plus a custom gift basket service. The store was an undiscovered gem in the wider community of The Woodlands, Texas. The store struggled and missed sales opportunities because of an inadequate website, and no search or digital presence. It was hiding in plain sight for local shoppers.
After hiring The Hallaron Agency, the team designed a clean, clear new brand strategy and tagline. The Hallaron devised a modern, useful website that was responsive for smart phone mobile shoppers. The site was fully optimized and soon ranked on page one of Google searches introducing Vic’s to a whole new local audience. Vic’s Liquor was no longer invisible.
Follow up advertising campaigns included print ads and a TV commercial combined with digital media in “Magic Moments Begin at Vic’s Liquor”. In 2016, Hallaron pioneered a new digital campaign aimed at local connoisseurs of fine living to include local VIP events, PR, social media advertising and customized landing pages to drive email marketing.
