Schilleci’s New Orleans Kitchen is a family owned and run restaurant found in the bustling Market Street area of The Woodlands. Right next door to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion and rooted among dozens of highend retailers. Recognized locally with perennial awards for best seafood and best Cajun/Creole restaurant in The Woodlands, Schilleci’s was struggling to tackle mounting marketing needs in 2011 when the owners signed with the Hallaron Agency.
Working closely with the owner and his team, Hallaron created a new website that reflected the food, appeal and sentiment of the restaurant. Hallaron managed several photo shoots to create a library of food, wine and restaurant images. Social media strategy was put into place and new Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Foursquare pages plus several food sites like Open Table and Urban Spoon.
Hallaron has also increased earned media opportunities creating buzz with an appearance on Houston TV and ongoing press releases and food writer critiques.
Advertising includes local print design, social and web placements. Schilleci’s turns to Hallaron for advertising opportunities and fresh, new ideas for attracting more customers.
